Messy Nessy Chic

Wrth ddarllen blogiau ffaswin, un o fy hoff niddordebau, ddos i ar draws un blog o'r enw Messy Nessy Chic. Gyda enw fel yna roedd rhaid i fi ddarganfod mwy a treuliais llawer o amser yn darllen yr erthyglau gwahanol ar ffilmiau, ffasiwn, llyfrau, bwyd, newyddion, y we, a llawer llawer mwy. Mae'r blog yma yn son am bopeth diddorol a cwl; blog y mae'n RHAID i chi ei ychwanegu i'ch favourites. Ond nid yn unig ydw i'n gefnigennus o'r blog, ond o'r blogwr hefyd; merch ifanc sy'n byw ym Mharis ac yn blogio o'i fflat fechan sy'n edrych i lawr ar strydoedd hardd y brif ddinas ffasiynol! O swn i'n gwneud unrhyw beth i gael mynd i gay Paree rwan! Ce serait magnifique!

Whilst reading fashion blogs, one of my favourite hobbies, I came across one blog called Messy Nessy Chic. With a name like that I had to find out more and I spent a lot of time reading the different articles on films, fashion, books, food, news, the internet, and loads more. This blog is about everything interesting and cool; a blog that you MUST add to your favourites page. But not only I am jealous of the blog, but of the blogger too; a young woman who lives in Paris and blogs from her small apartment that looks down on the fashionable capital city's stylish streets! Oh I'd do anything to be able to go to gay Paree now! Ce serait magnifique!

Un peth arall mae Messy Nessy Chic yn ysgrifennu am yw ei bywyd personol hi, a mae ganddi focs bach ar ochr ei blog yn dweud Confession du Jour, felly dyma fy nghyfaddefiad i heddiw: dwi newydd wylio'r ffilm Clueless am y tro cyntaf. Ffantastig o ffilm!! Sut wnes i allu byw hebddi??! Dwi am definatly ysgrifennu erthygl fer ar steil wych Cher yn y dyfodol agos! Dwi mor gefnigennus o'i cwpwrdd dillad llawn tartan anghygoel!

Another thing that Messy Nessy Chic writes about is her personal life, ad she has a little box on the side of her blog telling us her Confession du Jour, so here's my confession today: I have just watched the film Clueless for the first time. A fantastic film!! How did I manage to live without it??! I will most definatly do a post on Cher's fabulous style in the near future! I am so jealous of her awesome tartan-clad wardrobe!

Skinted or Minted

So, I was surfing the web, adding to my online wardrobe as I put websites full of beautiful items of clothing that I can't afford to my Favourites list, when I happened to come upon a website called Sheinside.com. The first things that hit me were all of the colourful, patterned blouses, and I found one that very much reminded me of a certain A/W 13 catwalk show. Burberry Prorsum's show where Miss Karlie Kloss strutted down the aisle wearing a dark red blouse printed with white hearts. For those who are minted, the blouse costs £495, but for those skinted girls who love a good bargain, Sheinside.com's blouse looks almost exactly the same and is £13.68.

And scrolling down the page, I spotted more gorgeous blouses and I can't resist putting up here two of my favourites to show you. I can't believe that they're so reasonably priced! I hope you like them as much as me.

Rocky Roads

Ma'n rhaid i fi gyfadda, dwi'n rybish am goginio. Fedrai'm 'neud dim byd heblaw microwave meals a hyd yn oed yr adeg yna dwi'm yn siwr am faint ma'r paced i fod i mewn yn y microwave am! Felly, pan wnes i gacennau rocky road gorjys y diwrnod o'r blaen, ro'n i'n meddwl ei fod o'n wyrth! Os ydw i'n gallu 'neud nhw, fedrwch chi; mae nhw'n hawdd ac yn ofnadwy o flasus!

I have to admit, I'm rubbish at cooking. I can't do anything except for microwave meals, and even then I'm not sure for how long the packet's supposed to be in the microwave for! So, when I did some gorgeous rocky road cakes the other day, it was a miracle! If I can do them, I know you can; they're easy and incredibly tasty!

I ddechrau efo'i, ffeindiwch sosban a'i lenwi hanner ffordd gyda dwr oer. Yna, torrwch sgwaria o siocled mewn powlen wydr a'i roi i falansio i mewn yn y sosban a rhoi'r sosban ar y hob ar wres isel.

To start with, find a saucepan and fill it halfway up with cold water. Then, tear squares of chocolate in a glass bowl and put it to balance inside the saucepan and put the saucepan on the hob on a low temperature.

Yn araf bach wnaiff y siocled ddechra toddi, a pan ma' hyn yn digwydd, trowch o gyda llwy bren.

Slowly the chocolate will start to melt, and when this happens, turn with a wooden spoon.

Rwan, y darn hwyl: dewis beth fydd yn eich rocky roads! Chwiliwch drwy gypyrddau eich cegin am unrhyw fathau o siocled, neu fisgedi, neu ffrwythau sych, neu da-das, neu marshmallows. O! Ac anghofiais ddweud, RHAID i chi wrando ar rhyw fath o gerddoriaeth uchel, motivational wrth goginio. A pwy well na Blondie? Wel, yn fy marn i ma' Debbie Harry yn anghygoel...

Now, the fun part: choose what will be inside the rocky roads! Look through your kitchen cupboards for any kinds of chocolate, or biscuits, or dry fruit, or sweets, or marshmallows. Oh! And I forgot to say, you MUST listen to some kind of loud, motivational music whilst cooking. And who better than Blondie? Well, in my opinion, Debbie Harry is amazing...

Ar ol ffeindio lot o sdwff iymi, mae'n bryd torri popeth i ddarnau bach a'u ychwanegu i'r siocled yn y bowlen wydr (ar ol tynnu'r bowlen o'r sosban a rhoi'r hob i ffwrdd, wrth gwrs.) Cymysgwch gyda'r llwy bren tan bod pob dim wedi cael ei foddi gan y siocled.

After finding the yummy stuff, it's time to cut everything into little pieces and add them to the chocolate in the glass bowl (after taking the bowl out of the saucepan and turning the hob off, of course.) Mix with the wooden spoon until everything has been drowned in the chocolate.

Nesaf, ffeindiwch dre bach a rhoi menyn a grease paper ar ei waelod. Yna, rhowch y gymysgedd y tu mewn a'i wasgaru felly ei fod yn hollol fflat ac yn ffitio'n berffaith i bob cornel o'r tre. Ac yn olaf, ychwanegwch hundreds and thousands neu marshmallows ecstra ar y top.

Next, find a little tray and put butter and grease paper in it. Now, put the mixture inside and spread it so that it's completely flat and fits perfectly in every corner of the tray. And lastly, add hundreds and thousands or extra marshmallows on the top.

Rwan oll rhaid i chi wneud ydi rhoi'r tre yn y fridge am tua dwy awr, tynnu'r tre allan pan fydd y gymysgedd yn galed a'i dorri mewn ciwbiau bach i roi i bawb. A dyna ni, cacennau rocky road mewn dim. O, a dim bwys os ydi'ch torri chi'n fler, fel fy un i! Dim rhaid i nhw fod yn giwbiau PERFFAITH!

Now all you have to do is put the tray in the fridge for about two hours and take the tray out when the mixture has hardened and cut it into small cubes to give to everyone. And there you go, rocky road cakes in no time at all. Oh, and don't worry if your cutting is messy like mine! They don't have to be PERFECT cubes!

La Musique Française

To mark the end of Paris Fashion Week (which sadly finishes today), here is a few of my favourite French songs. I love listening to music en français, it's such a change from British or American voices and sometimes I pick up a word or two just by listening carefully or reading the video lyrics.

3. PARIS - SEYCHELLES, Julien Dore

5. LES ESPACES ET LES SENTIMENTS, Vanessa Paradis

6. C'EST LA VIE, Coralie Clement

7. TOUS LES GARCONS ET LES FILLES, Francoise Hardy
